Shipping


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blossom Me. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days. Shipping rates, delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.





 

Return & Exchange Policy

Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.

As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable.  This includes new items in their original packaging. 

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item within 15 days of your order being received. 

For defective items outside of the 15 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.
